These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Aapka Property Manager website and services. By contacting us or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
Our Services
Aapka Property Manager provides online property promotion, rental and lease support, Airbnb support, professional content coordination, creator/influencer campaigns, lead workflow organisation, digital setup and property reports across Delhi NCR. We are an online-first digital and operational support service — not a licensed real estate broker, unless separately stated in writing for a specific engagement.
Scope, Pricing & Approval
Starting prices shown on this website are indicative. Final scope, deliverables, pricing, timeline and exclusions are confirmed with you before any paid work begins. Third-party costs — including paid advertising, creator or influencer fees, travel, portal charges, premium tools, cleaning/maintenance/vendor costs and legal or government charges — are separate unless explicitly included in writing.
Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
The written scope shared before payment will state the payment schedule, cancellation terms and refund eligibility for that engagement. Work already completed and non-recoverable third-party costs already approved or committed are not refundable. If no work or third-party commitment has started, any refund agreed in writing will be processed through the original payment route within a reasonable period.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
We improve how a property is presented, promoted and followed up on. We do not guarantee a sale, rental, lease, booking, specific number of enquiries, or any particular financial outcome. Market response depends on factors outside our control.
Property Reports
Property reports are informational summaries based on available online, public and user-provided data. They are not certified valuations, legal due diligence, title verification, or a substitute for professional legal or financial advice.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the property details, ownership status and documentation you share with us, and for obtaining any permissions required (e.g. from co-owners, tenants or societies) before we act on your instructions.
Content, Permissions and Intellectual Property
You confirm that you have permission to provide and use the property details, photographs, logos and other materials supplied to us. Each written scope will state ownership and permitted use of newly created content. Third-party platforms, creators, fonts, music, stock media and tools remain subject to their own licences and terms.
Communication
We primarily communicate over WhatsApp and email. Enquiry buttons on this site open a pre-filled WhatsApp message; nothing is sent until you review and press send yourself.
Liability and Third-Party Services
We are responsible for performing the agreed services with reasonable care. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account actions, decisions or performance of independent third-party platforms and vendors outside our control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve any concern through written communication. Subject to applicable law and any written agreement, courts with jurisdiction in Delhi will have jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
