We do not knowingly collect sensitive identity documents or financial information through this website. Please avoid sending such documents until their purpose has been clearly explained to you by our team.
How We Use Your Information
We use the details you share to understand your property requirement, recommend a suitable service, respond to your enquiry on WhatsApp or email, and share relevant updates about work you have approved. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Sharing With Third Parties
Where a service you approve requires a specialist — such as a photographer, creator, or platform — we may share only the details necessary to coordinate that work, and only after you have agreed to the scope.
WhatsApp Communication
Our enquiry buttons open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent to us until you review and press send inside WhatsApp yourself. Conversations over WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices in addition to this policy.
Data Retention
We retain enquiry and communication records only while they are needed to respond, deliver approved services, maintain necessary business records or comply with law. When the purpose ends and no legal requirement applies, we delete or anonymise the information within a reasonable period.
Cookies and Technical Data
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or create user accounts.
